Consumer Advocate Jonar Nader is calling on the Minister for Fair Trading, The Hon Matthew Mason-Cox, and his team at the Department of Fair Trading, to investigate Sam Cohen of the Institute of Hair Regrowth and Beauty (IHRB) over allegations that Mr Cohen is scamming thousands of consumers, to the tune of millions of dollars, by illegally selling market-ready medications, and passing them off as his own invention, thereby charging exorbitant prices for products that people could purchase for $15 per bottle.

Following a second raid by the Health Care Complaints Commission on 24 July 2014, Jonar Nader spoke with Channel Seven News reporter, Mr Alex Hart, about the campaign to expose Sam Cohen. During the interview, Jonar said that it is now time for Fair Trading to support the Health Care Complaints Commission, because it is alleged that Mr Cohen’s misconduct straddles the jurisdictions of both the Health Department and Fair Trading.
