IHRB’s 77-page misleading sales kit
Print This Post
The Therapeutic Goods Administration has told Mr Sam Cohen of IHRB that it would be a criminal offence if he publishes any of the advertisements that were Sanctioned (after being found to be ‘unlawful, misleading, and unverified’). So, what does Mr Cohen do? He turns to his 77-page sales kit filled with misleading statements, unverified testimonials, and half-truths. If this sales kit were to be published anywhere, it would constitute a criminal offence. Yet, sadly, Mr Cohen has no hesitation in sending this out as a sales kit, trying to snare more customers. Once again, Mr Cohen pushes the limits.
