Sam escapes in the nick of time

After 383 days, Mr Sam Cohen of IHRB paid me the $3,700 to settle my claim, but that was not the real reason he coughed up. He knew that I had him cornered, and someone more clever than him (I suspect his solicitor*) advised him about a convenient loophole within the Tribunal (CTTT) procedure. It was a masterstroke. Pay me out, shut me up, and the CTTT case will be terminated, thereby enabling Sam Cohen to scrape through, nay, slip through the cracks. By paying up, the case would be dismissed, and he would not be required to produce the documents that were Summonsed. Sam Cohen had over one year to pay me. Why did he wait until I had wasted thousands of dollars and thousands of hours? He had not seen the error of his ways. He just wanted the case closed. And that is exactly what happened. The CTTT Member fell for it, and closed the case.

Well, that is pure injustice. The reason that I had summonsed the documents was to prove what I was saying: namely, 100% of every word and every sentence and every document that Sam had submitted to the CTTT was forged, fabricated, or filled with lies, or presented in a deliberately misleading way that could fool those who do not understand the nature of his scheme. When he worked out that I could now prove his disrespectful deceit, he took the loophole and ran, leaving me with all the expenses. Clever.

I hold the CTTT in high regard. It is a fine establishment, and I have great respect for the Tribunal. However, in this matter, someone has erred.

* P.S. Incidentally, Mr Cohen has a new solicitor. I am not sure what happened to his old one.

P.P.S. IHRB is the name of the Institute of Hair Regrowth and Beauty run by Sam Cohen of 105 Pitt Street Sydney. It is also written as Institute of Hair Regrowth & Beauty or Institute of Hair Re-growth & Beauty.
