It pays to save, save, save. I mean, to save your emails, because they can become invaluable when trying to prove who said what, to whom. A simple email, like this one from Mr Sam Cohen of IHRB to me, can speak volumes. In the light of day, it provides many clues to support my case. First, I will show you the email, and further down, I will highlight the significance of each paragraph. The email was sent to me on Wednesday 29 April 2009 after I informed Mr Sam Cohen that both my GP and my Specialist refused to prescribe the dangerous medications that Mr Cohen wanted me to acquire. Mr Cohen responded:
I did tell you that many doctors don’t like me & many doctors do not want to help me.
Most doctors look up their computers & prescribe Regaine &/or Propecia. If these 2 would have worked, why should I have thousands of customers after trying Minoxidil &/or Propecia. If it worked, why doesn’t a doctor give a “money back guarantee”?
To begin with, you only applied 2mls a day instead of my reccommended 3 mls a day – yet a slight improvement was visible. To catch up, I reccommended as an option, 1/2 Proscar & Loniten for a very short time.
Loniten is actually Minoxidil & has been approved by the TGA & FDA to help re-growth.
However, I don’t understand why all the fuss? You don’t have to take Loniten &/or Proscar as long as you use my hygiene products, the Herb tablets & apply 3mls of my Topical Solution as instructed.

Examining the significance
Let us now examine each section and look into the evidence that becomes apparent. This email shows that Mr Cohen insists that he has a special secret formula which he calls Indian Curries. This email proves that he had told me that his treatment (topical solution) is the best in the world. What makes his treatment so special? He won’t say, and that’s because there is nothing special.
What’s the big deal? This email proves that Mr Cohen insists that he has a special formula. And if he does have a special formula, what does it contain? No matter how we look at this, we find problems. For example, if his Indian Curries were to exist, why are the ingredients not listed on each bottle? Why is the supposed world-first formula not TGA approved? What tests have been conducted? How safe is it? What clinical trial have been carried out? How can IHRB provide medications to clients without telling them what they contain? Why is IHRB ignoring the labelling laws?
On the other hand, if the Indian Curries or herbs do not exist (which they don’t), then this email proves that Mr Cohen is lying to me. He is saying that people who use Regaine and Propecia (which are Minoxidil and Finasteride respectively) are seeing no results, so they come to him because, according to him, these two ingredients do not work. He is saying that his formula works, whereas the stock-standard popular medications do not work. It is in his interest to say that the two biggest brands on the market do not work. He is saying that Johnson & Johnson’s ‘Regaine’ and Merck Sharp & Dohme’s ‘Protecia’ are useless. If the two biggest brands from multibillion dollar corporations are useless, then what makes his better? He is saying that his is better. How can that be? Mr Cohen is desperate for me to believe that his formula is not the stock-standard formula because, without that mystery, how can he justify charging $4,900 ($3,700 after paying up-front) for 5% minoxidil? 5% Minoxidil is available as Regaine at under $400 for 12 months. He is charging thousands more, for nothing at all.
This is an endless loop of illogicality. It is a recurring circular argument that can cause dizziness. Let’s study his email. The blue text is from his email (SC). The red text is my explanation to you (JN).
SC: I did tell you that many doctors don’t like me & many doctors do not want to help me.
JN: My GP said that the medications that Mr Cohen asked for (Loniten, Retin-A, Proscar) were dangerous and not approved. My GP sent me to a specialist who said the same thing. Mr Cohen can’t seem to accept this fact.

JN: Mr Cohen said that thousands of people who try Minoxidil and Propecia receive no satisfaction, so they go to him and he helps them. He says that Minoxidil and Propecia do not work, and that is why no doctor would offer a guarantee. Mr Cohen is saying that he has a secret treatment in his Indian Curries. Unfortunately, his secret method involves the use of dangerous non-approved products like Loniten and Proscar whose sad side-effects include hair growth (which could grow ANYWHERE on the body) and which could cause heart failure, impotence, and rashes which lead to infections.

JN: I applied the solution as was directed by the label on the bottle. Mr Cohen wanted me to follow his altered unauthorised dosage. The term ‘catch up’ is misleading. Proscar is not approved. Loniten is dangerous and not-approved. Even if used, they need to be used for a long period, and when stopped, the hair will fall out again. This is Mr Cohen’s way of tricking me into seeing faster hair growth so I fall out of the guarantee period. By the way, there was no slight improvement. My hair had become worse. (Click here to see my before-and-after photos.) Sadly, Mr Cohen talks a lot of hot air. He always insisted that my hair was improving, when it was clearly obvious that it was regressing. It was embarrassing to watch him in the act of attempted brainwashing. It was as if he was trying to get me to believe his lies. As if the more he insisted that my hair was improving, the more I would believe him. Alas, it was embarrassing watching him performing his A-Grade diatribe.
SC: Loniten is actually Minoxidil & has been approved by the TGA & FDA to help re-growth.
JN: This is grossly incorrect. Loniten is NOT approved for hair re-growth. Although Loniten is Minoxidil, it can be fatal. Every warning for Loniten stresses the dangers of using it. The warning specifically says not for hair growth! No ifs no buts. This is gross misinformation. It is negligent. It is irresponsible. This dangerous method is the IHRB secret trick. There are no Indian Curries, only dangerous medications. And Mr Cohen is foolish enough to put this in writing, which proves what I have been saying. He boldly says that Loniten is approved by the TGA. This is incredibly irresponsible. This is a lie. This is dangerous. This is negligent. I am not yet sure if this is technically criminal, but we will soon find out.

JN: Here Mr Cohen is saying that if my Doctors refuse the medications, that is okay. He knows that he cannot insist upon them. So he backs-out and says that his formula is sufficient. So, what is in his formula? It can’t be Minoxidil alone. He stated that Minoxidil does not work. Yet now he is saying that his treatment is sufficient. His hygeine products are just detergents. His herbal tablets are just Saw Palmetto (where no study has shown that they work for anything to do with hair). That leaves his Topical Solution which is Pharmacist says is just Minoxidil. So how can it work? We go back to the Indian Curries which are not listed on the label, and which are not tested and which are not outlined. Wow, so much mystery.

JN: I did go to see him, and he suggested that I ‘ditch’ my doctors. Mr Cohen gave me a list containing names and address of doctors whom he claimed would prescribe Loniten and Proscar and Retin-A without a problem. I contacted those doctors, and the results will be featured in a future article for you to read. More diatribe.
AND NOW FOR THE BIG BANG
We can see from this email that Mr Sam Cohen wanted me to take half a tablet of Proscar. This equates to 2.5 mg. The approved dosage is 1 mg. And even at 1 mg, the manufacturer now says, inside the packet, in a warning after significant proof in Sweden, that some men could suffer persistent erectile dysfunction, meaning that they might never be able to have another erection, ever again! Click here to read about this dire warning. So at 1 mg, we have major potential side effects, yet Mr Cohen wants to pump me up with two and a half times the dosage.
